• The item must not be damaged due to improper use

• The item must be returned with its original packaging whenever possible

Because Nasledstvo specializes in vintage and pre-loved jewelry, minor signs of age, wear, or patina are considered part of the item’s character and are not considered defects.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
