Each Nasledstvo piece is carefully sourced, prepared, and packaged with attention and care. Please read the shipping information below before placing your order.
 

Domestic Shipping (Bulgaria)
 

All orders within Bulgaria are shipped via Econt Express.

Customers can choose:

  • Delivery to an Econt office

  • Delivery to a personal address

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination and package size.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • 1–3 business days after shipment
     

International Shipping
 

Nasledstvo ships internationally.

International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping provider availability.

Estimated international delivery time:

  • 5–15 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to:

  • Customs processing delays

  • Import duties and taxes

  • Local carrier delays outside of our control

Any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
 

Processing Time
 

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
 

Order Tracking
 

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be sent via email or message using the contact details provided at checkout.
 

Packaging
 

All Nasledstvo orders are packaged carefully to protect vintage and pre-loved jewelry during transit.

As many pieces are vintage or one-of-a-kind, slight signs of age, patina, or wear are considered part of their history and character.
 

Incorrect Shipping Information
 

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Nasledstvo is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
 

Unclaimed or Returned Packages
 

If a package is returned due to being unclaimed or because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional re-shipping costs.
 

Lost or Damaged Packages
